Orders from the United States warehouse ship from a single kit; orders from the China warehouse start at 5 kits total, any mix of products. Everything on the site is supplied for research use only, not for human consumption.
How do the price breaks work?Pricing steps down with the total kits in your order, not per product. At the China warehouse every kit moves to Level 2 pricing at 20 total kits, Level 3 at 50, and Level 4 at 100, any mix of products, no code needed. The full ladder is on each product page. From 250 kits, request a quote.
Do I need an account?Yes. Orders go through your account so your order history, tracking, and any store credit stay in one place. Creating one takes a minute during checkout.
How long does delivery take?It depends on the warehouse your order ships from. Current estimates:EU and UK warehouses are coming, with domestic delivery times.
China warehouseTracked express4–6 WEEKS

Is shipping tracked?Yes, every parcel. Your tracking number arrives by email within 72 hours of payment and works door to door. Follow any parcel on the tracking page, no sign-in needed.
How much is shipping?One charge per parcel, shown at checkout before you pay.
What if my parcel stalls or goes missing?Open a ticket from the Support page with your order number. Lost or stalled parcels are handled under the refund & reship policy.
How do I pay?Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, USDC, or USDT; stablecoins are accepted on several networks and the payment page shows exactly which. It shows the exact amount and address; send it and the order confirms once the payment lands.
Can I pay by card?Not right now, crypto only. If you are new to crypto, any major exchange app can buy and send USDT or USDC in a few minutes.
Do discount codes and store credit stack?Yes. Enter a code at checkout, tick the box to apply your credit on top, and pay the remainder in crypto.
How do I know what is in the vial?We commission independent lab testing on the peptides we sell. Published reports are in the COA library.
How should I store the vials?Lyophilized vials keep cool, dry, and dark, and refrigerated after reconstitution. Liquid vials keep at room temperature away from light.
