Every parcel is tracked

Your tracking number arrives by email and appears in your account, and carrier scans appear on the order page as they happen. Delivery estimates per warehouse are published in the FAQ and quoted at checkout.

One charge per parcel

Shipping is a single charge per parcel, shown at checkout before you pay. An order drawing stock from two warehouses ships as two parcels, each with its own tracking number.

Delivery estimates

Estimates depend on the warehouse your items ship from and are quoted on every product page:

• China · 4–6 weeks · Tracked express
• United States · 1–2 weeks · Domestic priority mail

Estimates are transit time from dispatch, not from payment. Customs handling can add time on international routes; a parcel that stalls is covered by the refund and reship policy.

Address accuracy

Parcels ship to the address on the order, exactly as entered. Caught an error? Open a ticket with the order id before it ships and we correct it; after dispatch a correction is not always possible.
