Research use only
Everything Ester sells is for laboratory research use only. It is not for human consumption, and not for clinical, veterinary, or diagnostic use. Creating an account and every checkout require an eligibility attestation to that effect, and an order is accepted on the basis that the attestation is true.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for compliance with the laws and regulations of your jurisdiction, including whether the materials you order may be imported, held, and used there. Ester is not a pharmacy and provides no medical advice.
Accounts and ordering
An account is required to order. Prices, stock, and totals are confirmed server-side when the order is placed; the order page is the record of what was agreed. Orders are paid in cryptocurrency, and an order ships after payment confirms on-chain.
Shipping, refunds, reships
Shipping runs under the shipping policy and claims under the refund and reship policy. Those pages are part of these terms.
Quality documentation
Independent lab documents are published on the testing page as they become available. A document applies to the batch printed on it, not to a product in general, and not every batch has one.
Your data
Account and order details are used to fulfil orders and provide support, and for nothing else. No advertising pixels run on this site. Analytics are cookieless and collect no personal data.
Changes
Terms can change; the version published here at the time an order is placed is the one that order runs under. Material changes are dated here.
